We follow our industry guidelines and manufacturers instructions meaning that 48hours before every scalp colour clients must have been given a skin test by ourselves to ensure of no sensitivity or allergy issues.
48 Hour Cancellation policy
We require a deposit of up to 50% of the total service bill for any appointments taking over an hour. You will be contacted by our online booking system to make this deposit payment. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with at least 48hours notice your deposit is fully transferable/refundable. If you fail to give us 48hours notice we will take the deposit to cover the loss to the salon and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. In the event that you cancel with less than 48hours notice but we can fill your appointment, your deposit can be transferred or refunded.
